These Terms govern the sale of digital products on this website by Gian Marco Enas, operating as ENAS UNIVERSE, Italy — VAT IT01569380114.
2. Products
We sell digital fitness training programs in PDF format (EREN MODE, ENAS SYSTEM, KAZAMA PROTOCOL). Products are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice.
3. Health Disclaimer
Consult a qualified physician before starting any training program. By purchasing you confirm you are physically able to perform exercise. ENAS UNIVERSE is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use of the programs.
4. Order & Payment
Orders are placed via the checkout powered by Stripe. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where due.
5. Instant Digital Delivery
Delivery is immediate and 100% digital. After successful payment you receive an email with a secure download link. The product is also accessible from the order confirmation page. No physical shipment is made.
6. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content
Pursuant to Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 59 lett. o) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing the purchase you expressly accept immediate execution and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
7. Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the product. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (technical failure on our side, double-charge, fraud).
8. Licence & Intellectual Property
The PDF and all related materials are the exclusive property of ENAS UNIVERSE. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence. You may not redistribute, resell, share, copy or upload the content. Violations may result in legal action.
9. Account & Customer Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, not to abuse the service, and not to attempt fraudulent chargebacks. Bad-faith chargebacks will be contested with full evidence (payment, IP, download log).
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Mandatory consumer protections under Italian and EU law remain unaffected.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction (consumer's place of residence within the EU) applies. For non-consumers the court of the seller's residence has exclusive jurisdiction.

EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
